Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Voyiqo (“the Service”), operated by Voyiqo (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Voyiqo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using Voyiqo on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@voyiqo.com.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their permission.

3. Free & Paid Plans

Free Plan

The Free plan allows you to plan up to 3 trips with access to the itinerary builder, budget tracker, travel map and packing lists, at no cost and with no credit card required.

Globetrotter Plan

The Globetrotter plan is a paid subscription billed annually. It includes unlimited trips, analytics dashboard and PDF export. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Globetrotter subscription at any time from your Account Settings. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Voyiqo to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts
  • Use the Service for commercial resale or redistribution without our written permission
  • Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the travel data you enter into Voyiqo — your trips, itineraries, expenses and map entries are yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you enter does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Data & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings → Data. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently and immediately removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code and branding of Voyiqo — including the name, logo, interface and features — are owned by Voyiqo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Voyiqo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any travel information, visa requirements or other data displayed in the app — always verify with official sources before travelling.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyiqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed flights, visa issues or travel disruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Google, Stripe and OpenStreetMap. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

11. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of Voyiqo at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes. In the event of discontinuation of a paid plan, we will provide reasonable advance notice and a prorated refund where applicable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
